The Art of Stillness
meditation energy healing

To be embodied and aligned with our core can be a challenge when living in a patriarchal system where the dominant scientific and religious cosmologies hold dissociation between matter and spirit. In stillness we can be present, embodied and meet all that is. Like wild animals. A practice where our vast internal existence can be accessed. A practice where Micro and macrocosmos melt. A process where we realize matter and spirit as One. A process of Oneness.

In my study of different mystic traditions I find that stillness practices are most effective when practiced together with movement practices. Stillness practices are not relaxation practices, nor are they new-age or pseudo spiritual practices designed to transcend, detach or escape reality.

Reiki Healing and Meditation

I have been initiated into Reiki Mastership in both the Usui and Shamballa lineages. The power of these two lineages, which is the combined healing power of all the Masters of each of these lineages, is combined with the Angelic Vibration in Angelic Reiki.

As a Holistic Therapist it is crucial for me to have an excellent understanding of the human energy anatomy. I am always fascinated by the exquisite complexity of human bodies. I follow the work of Donna  Eden and Harish Johari, Masters in this subject,  which I have found  so enlightening.

When I give a healing session, massage, marma therapy or Reiki I always practice deep forms of meditation to allow myself to be fully present.
